I mentioned earlier how important fitness is to me...obviously, the ascethetic consequences of working out are usually enough...but I found more importantly, how good fitness is for the mind, not just the body.
I like jogging, yoga, swimming, plyometric activities, sprinting, walking, spin, weightlifting, dancing, etc...
I am not maniacle about time or intensity, I do what I feel is best...I'm very feeling- based...I'm a pisces.
If you incorporte some fitness and a healthy diet, you will be on your way to beauty...
