I don't drink alcohol or smoke...I don't do recreational drugs...I went to UT -  I partied in college and in high school, so bar hopping or drinking is jaded and counterproductive to me.

Thus, I have more time for health-inducing activies.  Feeling well allows me to spend more time planning, reading, working, working out, and focusing on wellness.

I like activities that involve or center around fitness...

 I get bored easily, so more stimulating activities can get my attention...
